Who this is for
Something just isn't clicking. But, you're not sure what it is. You've been putting in the work, but the results aren't lining up.Maybe you've been hitting the gym for a while now. You've gotten some results, but hit a plateau and you can't see the other side of it. Your biggest enemy is most likely your own invisible habits or routines which are sabotaging your progress.Maybe you're a former athlete or veteran who ran out of gas - pushed the pedal to the metal until your body or mind stopped cooperating, and now you're not sure what to do next. Your biggest enemy is burnout and diminishing returns.Maybe you're the committed beginner - you want to do this right, not waste your time on the wrong approach. Your biggest enemy is lack of focused direction.Maybe none of these describe you exactly, but, the struggles are still hitting home.Different starting points. Same next step: you need someone who can look at the whole picture, find the blindspot, and guide you through the fog. That's what I do.
The approach: Full Spectrum Fitness
Most training addresses two or three aspects of what it means to be physically capable. Strength. Maybe endurance. Probably way too much focus on hypertrophy without any consideration of mobility or durability (mobility + durability = functionality). That's not a very effective or beneficial way to train. My Full Spectrum Fitness approach contains eight pillars: different dimensions of fitness that reinforce each other. When we work together, we assess where you are on each one, find the weakest links, and build a plan that strengthens the whole system - not just the parts at the surface. The Eight Pillars of Full Spectrum FitnessStrength - Build your body's ability to move weight and support load.
Endurance - Sustain effort over time. Aerobic and anaerobic.
Mobility - Ability to access full ranges of motion and maintaining strength, movement quality, and stability throughout the entire range of motion.
Durability - Joints, tendons, and connective tissue that hold up under stress.
Movement Quality - Coordination and skill. Move efficiently to maximize gains from time spent training. Move skillfully to maintain safety, avoid injury, and increase performance.
Mental Toughness - Push through discomfort, stay calm under pressure, expand the limits of what you believe you're capable of. Trainable.
Nutrition - Real food, fueling performance, sustainable composition. No calorie counting.
Recovery - Knowing when to take a light day and how to maximize it. Smart periodization to keep you training efficiently and effectively. Sometimes less is more.
How we work together
Step 1: The Blueprint - $300Every client starts here. The Blueprint is a deep diagnostic process that tells both of us whether working together makes sense - and gives you a complete plan either way. Here's what it looks like:
Discovery call (up to 20 min): We talk through what you're looking for, what the Blueprint covers, and whether working together makes sense. Free. No pitch.
Intake questionnaire: Comprehensive. Medical history, training history, lifestyle, goals, preferences, dietary habits, a TCM constitutional screening, and a personality assessment. Budget 45–60 minutes to do it properly. What you put in determines what you get out.
Diagnostic session (up to 60 min): We go deep. Follow-ups on anything I flagged from the questionnaire. Movement and mobility screenings. A real conversation about your goals - not checking boxes, but understanding what you actually want and why.
Delivery session (up to 90 min): I present what I found. Your key strengths and weaknesses. The low-hanging fruit we'd target first. The overall structure of your training plan. A realistic timeline from where you are to where you want to go, and the main challenges I see between here and there. Your TCM constitutional pattern and what it means for how you should train and recover. A personalized daily self-care routine you can start immediately - which may include self-massage, breathwork, meditation, qi gong, or acupoint work, depending on your situation. We finish by talking through your options from here - whether you want to work together, take the plan on your own, or continue thinking about it.
You leave the Blueprint with at least one concrete thing you can act on this week - whether we work together after or not. From here, you have three options.Option A: Full 1-1 Coaching - $600/month
Two-month minimum commitment. Discounts available for 3-month and 6-month commitments paid up front. The Blueprint fee is credited in full toward your first month of coaching if you sign up within 14 days of your delivery session. What's included:
Fully custom programming, delivered in 6–8 week cycles with reassessment between blocks
One mandatory 60-minute call per month to stay on track, plus up to three additional live-coaching hours per month if you want them - for live workouts, form work, deep dives, whatever serves you best
Unlimited async access (text, voice, video). I respond within 4 business hours (9am-5pm). Form check videos returned within 24 hours.
Nutrition guidance, including TCM dietary therapy for your constitutional type. I don't prescribe meal plans. I teach you what to eat and why.
Recovery and lifestyle protocols integrated throughout - not treated as an afterthought
Roster cap: 10 clients. Ever. This isn't a business I'm building to scale. It's a practice I'm building to do well. If I do my job well, you won't need me forever, you'll have all the skills and knowledge you need to take care of yourself, and others.Option B: Blueprint ($300) + Workout Program ($175)You want expert planning but not an ongoing coaching relationship. Same Blueprint process as above, and at the end I deliver a complete 8–12 week written program instead of ongoing coaching. You take it from there.Right fit if you're self-directed, have clear goals, and want a real diagnostic and program from someone who's looked at your whole picture - without the ongoing commitment.Option C: Just the BlueprintA standalone diagnostic. You leave with a clear read on where you are, what's holding you back, and what you should actually be working on. Run with it on your own, or come back when you're ready for more.
This isn't for everyone
I keep the roster small because the work requires real attention. A few filters:
If you're looking for a rapid transformation in 30 days, I'm not your coach. I coach for sustainable results.
If you value validation over candor, I'm not that either. Growth is not easy. If you don't want to push through the boundaries of your comfort zone, you'd be better served by another coach. We can take it slow, but we're going to keep moving in a direction of progress. Sometimes that might even mean slowing down and doing things in a more intentional manner.
If you want a cookie-cutter program mass-emailed to you each month, there are cheaper options that'll serve you fine.
If you're not willing to answer questions honestly or do the assessment work, the Blueprint won't be very valuable. I can show you the way, but I can't do the work for you.
I work best with people who value self-awareness, are committed to a path of personal growth, and can take this process seriously.
